摘要
设计了一种载货汽车新型挂档系统,即半自动挂档系统。其核心是采用在挂档操纵手球上增加一个开关装置,用来控制电磁阀工作,通过电路、气路、液路有效的连接使得传动结构与离合分泵连接,实现离合。此种挂档系统最大特点是驾驶员无需踩离合踏板就能实现挂档操作,极大地减轻了驾驶员因频踩离合踏板而引起的驾驶疲劳,使得驾驶载货汽车更加舒适、方便、快捷,并且还能有效降低燃油消耗,减少了尾气对环境的污染,国内首创。
We designed a new shift system of the truck which is semi-automatic shift system. Adding a switch to the handball shift manipulation device is the core which can control Solenoid valve working. It maked connection of the transmission structure and clutch cylinder through the effective connection of circuit, gas path and fluid road. The main feature is that the drivers doesn't need to step on the clutch pedal which can achieved shift operation. It greatly reduced driving fatigue caused by frequency stepping on clutch pedal. The domestic initiative shift system made driving trucks more comfortable, convenient, fast. And it also can effectively reduce the fuel consumption, reduce the exhaust pollution to the environment.
