For a long time, there is no objective reference to judge the tightness of Belt Fasteners in the Automobiles＇ assembling process.When assembling them in workshop,the tightness of Belt Fasteners can only be senced by hands＇ pressing; In this circumstance,the lifetime of Belt Fasteners reduces, and the efficiency of transfer motion decreased.To solve this problem, a measuring implement that can judge the tightenss of Belt Fasteners quantitatively is introduced--the Belt Fastener＇s Tension Meter.Proved by experiment in the long run,to control the tightness of Belt Fasteners by the Tension Meter, can improve the uniformity, the accuracy and the quality of the Belt Fasteners＇ assembling process in automobiles＇ producing.
