摘要 汽车车桥再制造技术对构建节能减排,实现可持续发展具有重要的意义。清洗是车桥再制造工艺的重要环节,对其后续的再制造过程有至关重要的作用。通过对常用的清洗技术的分析与介绍,并针对汽车车桥零部件自身的特点,提出了常见的污垢形式及车桥零部件可应用的清洗技术。 Auto axle re-manufacturing technology on the construction of energy-saving and emission-reduction, is of great significance to realize the sustainable development. Cleaning is a vital part for axle re-manufacturing process, which plays an important role in the subsequent process. Through the analysis and introduction to commonly used cleaning technology, and based on the characteristics of auto axle parts, this essay proposed the common dirt form and the applicable cleaning technology.
