摘要
文章通过对汽车行业技术研究项目管理的介绍,结合项目管理专业知识和技术研究项目实际管理经验,重点讲述如何通过项目管理策划的编制、项目过程管控来实现项目目标的达成,过程管控中着重强调了会议管理、计划管理、财务管理、质量管理、交付物管理和绩效管理六个方面对技术研究项目的影响和作用。通过项目管理策划编制、过程管控、项目验收这样一个管理流程,来探讨如何通过项目策划来实现过程管控和项目验收,最终找到一个适合技术研究项目的项目管理流程,以及流程中重点关注对象,为其他项目管理者提供了一个可以借鉴的技术研究项目管理思路。
Based on the research project management in automotive industry, combined with project management professional knowledge and the experience of the actual technology research projects management, introduced how to achieve the project goals, through the project management planning, process control and the six aspects of meeting manage-ment, plan management, financial management, quality management, deliverable management and performance manage-ment of technical research project.Through the project management planning, process control, project acceptance of such a management process, to explore how to achieve process control and project acceptance by project planning, and finally find a suitable technology research project management processes, and focus on process, provides an idea about technology research project management for other project managers.
