社会语言学的现实主义方向——王远新教授和《语言田野调查实录》

On the Approach of Realism in Chinese Sociolinguistics:Professor Wang Yuanxin and His Language Fieldwork Memoir Series

简述社会语言学的产生与发展、社会语言生活与社会语言学的关系，回顾中国语言使用调查研究的历史，介绍王远新教授的研究领域，总结《语言田野调查实录》系列丛书的五个特点，本文认为沿着现实主义方向发展的中国社会语言学大有可为。

This paper deals with the general development of sociolinguistics as a separate discipline, clarifies the relationship between sociolinguistics and social and language situation, recounts the history of language use survey in China, and sums up the academic achievements by Pro. Wang Yuanxin and five features of his Language Fieldwork Memoir Series （2007-2014）. Grounded on the historical facts of sociolinguistic development in China, the paper believes that Chinese sociolinguistics will prosper by following the trend of realism, namely doing research based on the fieldwork in its sense.
