摘要
介绍了某核电厂制氯站循环水处理系统的工艺流程,PLC控制系统及过程检测仪表的设计要求,PLC硬件配置及仪表选型安装中应注意的问题等,系统采用AB 1756系列PLC,CPU及通讯接口采用冗余配置,实际运行中该系统安全稳定,控制效果良好,调试维护方便。
This paper introduced a process of circulating water treatment system in nuclear power plant, the design requirements of PLC control system and process instrumentation, hardware configuration of PLC and precautions of instrument in selection and installation. The PLC system uses AB 1756 series, redundant CPU and communication interface. In practical operation the control system has high security and reliability, good control effect, easy to debug and maintain.
