基于模糊PID的双闭环控制在烟叶回潮中的应用

摘要 为解决具有大滞后、非线性和时变性等特点的叶片回潮机烟叶水分调节的难题,改进了原有的单闭环控制方式,采用了基于模糊自适应PID的双闭环控制方式,外环水分控制利用模糊规则进行决策推理,实现了对PID控制器参数的实时优化,而内环控制采用了流量闭环控制算法。结果表明,采用双闭环控制算法使得:1料头超调量小,水分标准偏差减小;2水分调节响应快,系统稳态性能改善,过程能力指数提升。综合分析,基于模糊自适应PID的双闭环控制对烟叶水分的调节具有更好的动态和静态性能。 To solve the problem of outlet tobacco moisture of the Tobacco resurgence machine, which had a big lag, nonlinear and time -varying characteristics. Its original single closed-loop control was improved and a double closed-loop control method based on fuzzy adaptive PID was used. In the outer moisture loop, a real-time optimization of the PID controller parameters was made by using fuzzy rules to make decisions and in the inner loop, an improved flow control algorithm was used. The results showed that after using the improved fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm, there was small overshoot in start-up and the moisture standard deviation was reduced. The tobacco moisture was regulated more quickly and more effectively. The system steady performance and the process capability index were improved. Compre- hensive analysis, the double closed-loop control method based on fuzzy adaptive PID has better dynamic and static performance in regulating tobacco moisture.
