斜坡物体运动控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 基于单片机技术和步进电机,设计了斜坡上运动物体智能控制系统。控制单元采用ATMEL公司的AT89S52芯片,显示模块1602LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)与用户形成互动。从键盘输入控制命令,通过单片机控制模块驱动电机对运动物体实施控制,液晶显示器显示设定值和运行坐标。电机控制部分采用L298N输出并连接电子元器件驱动42BYG205步进电机,加强监测电路,实现电路精确控制。该模块采用单片机系统适合操作的优化算法,减少了微处理器的操作步骤。 The control system of moving objects on slope was designed based on microcomputer on single-chip(MSC) and the stepper motor in this paper. AT89S52 chip made by ATMEL Corporation was used as a control heart. The interaction between LCD displaying module 1602LCD and the user was implemented. The control commands input from the keyboard through MSC drive motor control module to control moving objects. The set values and settings and coordinates were shown on LCD monitor. The output of L298N together with e- lectronic components drives 42BYG205 stepper motor to monitor the circuit,realizing precise control. The module is controlled with MSC, suitable for operation optimization algorithms, to reduce the microprocessor operation.
