核电厂国产化全范围模拟机FAT问题分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着自主知识产权第三代核电技术"华龙一号"首堆的开工,全范围模拟机作为核电厂操纵人员培训的重要设施,其技术国产化趋势也逐渐受到关注。福清第二台全范围模拟机是国内首台全国产化技术项目,本文首先阐述了Level1逻辑控制层、Level2人机界面层以及控制室盘台的仿真及其技术特点;结合出厂验收时遇到的项目进度风险和质量风险,分析了国产化技术存在的FAT问题及其解决办法;本文从实际项目测试和应用的角度出发来探讨国产化全范围模拟机,对后续DCS国产化的模拟机项目起到良好的借鉴作用。 The first reactor of Hualong one which as the third-generation nuclear power technology has already started construction, full scope simulate as an important facilities for the operator training, its domestic trend will draw gradually attention at the same time. The Num. 2 full-scope simulator of Fuqing is the first national production project, this paper introduce the logic control layer Levell, Level2 HMI,the panel in the MCR and the technical characteristics. Combined with the risk of schedule and quality when factory acceptance test, the paper analyzes the problems of the domestic technique during FAT and the measures to solve theses problems. The paper analyses the do- mestic key technical difficulties of the DCS from the view of testing and application which can offer the reference for other domestic project.
