心先安注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭伴心动过缓的临床观察

Clinical observation of Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate for treating congestive heart failure complicated with bradycardia

目的 :探讨心先安注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)伴心动过缓的临床疗效。方法 :选择心率 <5 5次 /min ,符合CHF诊断标准、心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级住院的患者 ,随机分为心先安注射液治疗组 (n =5 8)与硝酸甘油对照组 (n =5 3)。记录治疗前后临床心功能分级、LVEF、动态心电图平均心率。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率为 89 1% ,对照组为 6 9 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ;超声心功能LVEF、2 4h平均心率 ,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 :心先安注射液治疗CHF伴心动过缓在发挥强心作用的同时 ,兼有心率保护和心率提高作用 ,避免了因心动过缓使心衰进一步加重 ,明显优于对照组 。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate for treating congestive heart failure(CHF) complicated with bradycardia. Methods Inpatients coincident to CHF diagnosis standard with heart rate below 55 times/min and cardiac function from Ⅱ-Ⅳ.were randomly divided into treatment group (n=58) treated with Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate and control group(n=53) treated with Nitroglycerin.The grades of clinic cardiac function,LVEF and average heart rate of Holter ECG monitoring were recorded.Results Total effective rate,ultrasonic function LVEF,average heart rate in 24 hours were 89.1%,49.01±4.86 and 60.73±6.75 respectively in treatment group and 69.8%,44.32±4.42 and 50.32±8.16 in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate could strengthen heart function,maintain and raise heart rate for treating CHF complicated with bradycardia.Therefore it could effectively and safely prevent severe heart failure induced by bradycardia.
