摘要 本研究为使三峡梯级自动化水牛运行自动化得以实现,根据三峡梯级枢纽总体设计,选择分层分布系统实现自动化管理与运行监控,依照枢纽设备专业与功能特性,对自动化计算机系统进行设置,其中主要包括三峡左岸电厂监控系统、三峡右岸电厂监控系统、三峡通讯监测系统等,对三峡自动化监控系统结构框架进行简述,并重点分析三峡调度监控系统在功能设计、系统配置等层面的设计与特性。结果显示,创建三峡梯级自动化监控系统,在同一系统内部考虑葛洲坝与三峡枢纽发电调度、水库调度和航运调度,对水资源的合理利用、经济效益的最大发挥以及确保枢纽运行稳定安全等均极具重要价值。除此之外,该监控系统能够集中管理与控制葛洲坝、三峡电站与相应的泄洪设施,使其自动化水平得到不断提升。 This study makes the Three Gorges Cascaded automation buffalo run automation can be achieved, according to the overall design of the Three Gorges Cascade Junction, select a hierarchical distributed system to automate the management and operation monitoring, in accordance with professional features hub equipment, automated computer system settings, which mainly include the Three Gorges power plant monitoring system, the right bank of the Three Gorges power plant monitoring systems, communications monitoring systems Gorges ,the Three Gorges automated monitoring framework system briefly, and focus on the Three Gorges dispatch supervisory system design in the functional design, system configuration and other aspects of and characteristics. The results show that the Three Gorges Cascaded create automated monitoring system, within the same system of Gezhouba and Three Gorges consider generation scheduling, and shipping scheduling reservoir operation, maximize the rational utilization of water resources, economic efficiency and to ensure safety etc. very stable hub great value. In addition, the monitoring system to centrally manage and control the Gezhouba, the Three Gorges power plant and spillway facilities corresponding to the level of automation has been continuously improved.
