经鼻微波热凝蝶腭、筛前神经治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical research on recurrent allergic rhinitis by thermosetting both sphenopalatine and anterior ethmoidal nerves with microwave

目的 :探讨提高治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的新方法。方法 :利用微波热凝蝶腭神经、筛前神经 86例 (治疗组 )并与单纯热凝筛前神经治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 43例 (对照组 )进行中、近期疗效对比。结果 :术后 6个月对照组总有效率为77% ,治疗组为 92 8%。两组经统计学处理 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :经鼻微波热凝蝶腭、筛前神经治疗常年性变应性鼻炎具有疗效显著、复发率低、操作简便、无副作用等优点 。

Objective To investigate a new method for recurrent allergic rhinitis. Methods Medium-term and short-term therapeutic effect on recruuent allergic rhinitis were compared between treatment group (86 cases) and control group (43 cases).The former received thermosetting both sphenopalatine and anterior ethmoidal nerves with microwave and the latter received only anterior ethmoidal nerves.Results The total effective rate was 77% in control group and 92.8% in treatment group with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The microwave thermosetting technique supplied on both sphenopalatie and anterior ethmoidal nerves is effective and safe with low recurrent rate and little side-effect for recurrent allergic rhinitis and is worth for clinical application.
