An Intelligent Traffic Management and Control System Based on Mobile Data Special Line Used for Urban Road

实现了一套基于移动数据专线实现的城市道路智能交通管控系统。本系统主要包括:交通指挥中心及集成指挥平台系统、电子警察系统、高清卡口及测速系统、高点/热点监控系统、信号控制系统、交通诱导系统。该系统的应用缓解交通拥堵、提高了道路通行能力、并在协调处置突发性事件、破获交通肇事逃逸案等方面作用巨大。

In this paper,an intelligent traffic control system for urban road based on the mobile data line is realized. This system mainly includes： traffic command center and integrated command platform system,electronic police system,HD bayonet and speed measuring system,high/hot spot monitoring system,signal control system and traffic guidance system. The application of the system eases the traffic congestion,improves the capacity of the road traffic and has a great effect in coordination with the disposal of unexpected events and cracking the case of traffic accident and other aspects.
