摘要 介绍了一起66kV电缆中间头击穿故障,应用ANSYS软件建立了电缆中间头生产工艺不良的电场分析模型,并进行了静电场仿真分析,通过设备解体和电场仿真结果确定了故障原因,即电缆中间头端部应力锥半导体材料工艺处理不良,存在毛刺,造成局部电场应力集中,由局部放电发展成贯穿性放电,最终造成电缆中间接头绝缘击穿,系统100%接地,得出今后应严格控制电缆中间头制造工艺的结论。 The paper introduced a breakdown fault of 66 kV cable joint,using ANSYS software to establish an electric field analysis model for the production process of cable joint,and carried on the static electricity field simulation analysis,and determined the cause of the failure though device disassembly and electric field simulation results.The cable joint are poor process of stress-cone semiconductor materials,existed burr,caused local electric field stress concentration.The partial discharge developed into the through discharge,caused insulation breakdown of cable joint and system grounding 100%.It is concluded that,the manufacturing technology of cable joint should be strictly controlled in the future.
