摘要
以丁腈橡胶和吸水树脂为主要原料采用物理共混制备了新型膨胀止水橡胶,探讨了配方和制备工艺对膨胀止水橡胶力学性能、吸水性能、质量损失率和热性能的影响。试验结果表明,以丁腈橡胶为基质、交联剂用量3%的聚丙烯酸钠为吸水树脂、硫磺作为硫化剂、促进剂DM作为硫化促进剂、白炭黑作为补强剂,可以制备综合性能优良的膨胀止水橡胶。
A new expansion sealing rubber is prepared by physical blending using nitrile rubber and water absorbing resin as main raw materials. The article discusses influences of formula and preparation process on mechanical performance, water absorption, mass loss rate and thermal property. The results show that expansion sealing rubber with good comprehensive performance is obtained using nitrile rubber as matrix, sodium polyacrylate with 3% cross linking agent as water absorbing resin, sulfur as curing agent, accelerator DM as vulcanization accelerator, and white carbon black as reinforcing agent.
