摘要
分别采用不同复配比例的MTAS/ETAS、MTAS/PTAS和PTAS/ETAS制得酸性有机硅密封胶,对比了不同酸性有机硅密封胶的综合力学性能。结果表明采用MTAS、PTAS部分代替ETAS交联剂,也能制得具有较优综合力学性能的酸性有机硅密封胶,浸水21 d后仍能保持完美粘结。
Acidic silicone sealants are produced with different proportioned MTAS/ETAS, MTAS/PTAS and FFAS/ETAS respectively, and the paper compares the comprehensive mechanical performances of different acidic silicone sealant. Results show partly adopting MTAS, PTAS to replace ETAS can also get acidic silicone sealant with excellent comprehensive mechanical performance. The bonding is kept perfect after 21 days in water.
