三相感应电动机运行特性的解析研究

Analytical Study on Operation Characteristics of Three-phase Induction Motor

三相感应电动机的运行特性一般通过负载实验测定,但这种方法只适于中小型三相感应电动机.针对大型三相感应电动机运行特性现场测定困难的问题,为此提出一种解析方法.为满足工程应用的需要,在此利用三相感应电动机的简化等效电路进行分析,导出了三相感应电动机运行特性的解析式.利用导出的解析式对三相感应电动机额定工况下的运行特性进行了分析,计算结果与设计值非常吻合,验证了解析式的正确性及精确性.这种方法的优点在于便于分析三相感应电动机各种工况下的运行特性,利用Matlab软件也可较易地绘制出其运行特性曲线.

The operating characteristics of a three-phase induction motor are generally tested by load experiment,but this method is only suitable for small and medium sized case. For large sized three-phase induction motor,its operating characteristics on the spot are difficult to test,so an analytical method is proposed in this paper. In order to meet the need of engineering application,the simplified equivalent circuit of three-phase induction motor is analyzed,and the analytical formulas of the operation characteristics are derived.By using the derived analytical formulas,the operating characteristics under rated conditions are analyzed,and the calculation results are consistent with the design values,which verify the correctness and accuracy of the analytical formulas.The advantage of this method is that it can conveniently analyze the operating characteristics of three-phase induction motor under various operating conditions,and its operating characteristic curves can be drawn out easily by using Matlab software.
