摘要
以亚硒酸钠作为外源硒肥,研究不同亚硒酸钠浓度施用量对青钱柳叶片重要微量元素、硒以及黄酮、皂苷和多糖等主要功效成分含量等的影响.结果表明,根施亚硒酸钠后,青钱柳叶片硒含量显著提高,7月份达到最高;叶片铁、锌含量增加,铜、锰含量降低;黄酮、皂苷和多糖等有效成分含量增加,分别达4.38%、2.99%和4.08%.
The paper studies the effect of different concentration of sodium selenite as exogenous on the important trace elements,selenium and main efficacy components（ flavonoids,saponins and polysaccharides and so on） of Cyclocarya paliurus. The results show that the soil applying of sodium selenite could significantly enhance slenium content in leaves,and the highest selenium content of leaves is in July,the content of Fe and Zn increase after the soil applying of sodium selenite,but the content of Cu and Mn decrease,the content of flavonoids,saponins and polysaccharides increase by 4.38%,2.99 and 4. 08%,respectively.
