摘要
以恩施市区松树坪村道堰湾"20160712"山洪灾害为例.通过暴雨、洪水设计计算进行山洪灾害成因评价,对暴雨、洪水特性分析研究,为山洪灾害预警、防治提供科学依据.
Taking as an example the flood disaster that happened in Songshuping Village in the urban area of Enshi City on July 12,2016,we evaluated the cause of the torrential flood disaster through rainstorm and flood design calculation,and analyzed the characteristics of rainstorm and flood,which provides scientific basis for early warning and prevention of torrential.
