政策视角下中职生生涯发展困境与对策

A strategic study of the secondary vocational schools in the context of policies

中等职业学校(简称"中职")招生困难、学生流失率高等现象的产生,与中等职业学校学生(简称"中职生")的生涯发展困境密切相关。中职生就业机会受限、就业质量低、职业发展空间狭窄等困境,增强了他们在就业前后选择升学的动机,而中职生回流进入普通教育体系困难重重,且通过职业教育轨道升学路径不畅进一步限制了他们的发展。优化中职生就业政策,促进社会公平正义,完善中职生升学政策,为中职生建立公平的升学环境应成为解决中职生生涯发展困境的对策选择。

Secondary vocational schools have come across dilemmas in enrollment and career development due to limitations in chances and quality of employment.Likewise,the school students are motivated to continue their education prior to graduation,only to find themselves back again at the long road of uncertainty filled with restrictions.Hence,the paper argues that the employment policies need optimization,social justice and equality should be guaranteed,and ways of continued education be smoothened for secondary vocational school students.
