美国佐治亚州“青年学徒制”的实践及其对我国的启示

The youth apprenticeship programs in Georgia of USA

当前我国职业教育在国家政策的引导下正推行现代学徒制,欧美等国开展学徒制具有较长的历史,但是,从国家层面学习这些国家的经验并不利于现代学徒制在我国的施行。美国佐治亚州在上世纪90年代实行"青年学徒制"的很多做法,值得我国在以省级为单位开展现代学徒制的过程中学习与借鉴。其中三个方面最为有借鉴意义。第一,各省委出台实施细则的法律文件。第二,注重学生学习过程的质量监控。第三,开发现代学徒制的课程标准与培训计划。

Whereas China is implementing the national policy for modern apprenticeship,Europe and USA have had the programs for long.This paper takes the state of Georgia as a case study where youth apprenticeship is administered since 1990 s.Then,the paper argues that it is worth learning by counterpart provinces of China.Legal documents shall be formulated.An inspection and quality control shall be conducted.Curricular standards and training programs shall be made.
