摘要
当前我国教师教育方面存在的主要问题与困惑是:在构建现代教师教育体系过程中,盲目照搬西方教师教育的一些做法,出现水土不服;在办人民满意教育的期盼下,优秀学生不愿报考师范、优秀人才不愿当教师;在推进教师专业化的形势下,对非师范毕业生参加教师资格考试不设门槛;在师范生源质量总体不高的情况下,开展中小学卓越教师培养;在教师教育市场化的背景下,简单压缩师范生招生规模;在教师教育一体化的目标下,教师职前培养与职后培训仍是两张皮。面对教师教育中存在的问题和困惑,我们必须依据新的发展理念,积极推进教师教育改革,引领教师教育新的发展。坚持政策导向,提高师范生源质量;创新培养机制,改进培养模式;弘扬师范传统,重拾"工匠精神";优化培养结构,实现供需相对平衡;坚持质量标准,完善教师资格考试制度;开展专业认证,重构教师教育体系,促进教师培养的规范化和专业化。
Since the reform and opening up,China has adopted a series of policies in teacher education reforms.But with the deepening of reforms,contradictions and problems have gradually become more obvious.At present,the main problems include imitating the practices of western counterparts,having no prerequisites for candidates to take the teacher qualification exams,opening training programs for low quality candidates,decreasing recruiting scales of students for teacher education,and separating pre-and post-job trainings under the guise of the integrative objectives.This paper proposes strategies in relation to the problems.
