陶行知先生的教育思想博大精深,富含深邃的博雅教育内容。他把仁爱之心看成是教师德性养成的前提和归宿;把求真务实视为教师人格完美和立德行事的基本原则;把追求远大抱负当作教师需要谨记的信条;把提升教育者创新精神与实践能力作为改革教育的突破口。这对当前的师范生培养具有重要的现实意义与启示。
Tao Xingzhi is well-known for his profound educational thoughts.He believes that kindheartedness is the premise and the goal of virtues of a teacher,regarding truth and practicality as fundamental principles of noble characters,ambition as the creed,and innovation quality and practical ability as the key to educational reformation.All this is of a great significance and enlightenment to normal college students.
