摘要
作为当前基础教育改革的"新坐标",核心素养的提出是对教育本体的重新审视,是对主体"素质观"的重要更新,是对素质教育实践的重要突破。核心素养的培养有其基本的理论前提、现实依据、政策支持与经验参照,需要我们在研究与实践之中予以整体把握。促进学生核心素养培养的教育模式生成,需要建构起基于核心素养培养的新课程体系,这不仅是深化教育改革的必然要求,也是落实核心素养培养的当前使命。为此,我们需要建构一体化的课程研究机制,统筹课程建设的全局;需要落实各个学科的核心素养培养;需要整合政府与民间、国内与国外、研究与实践等核心素养培养的推动力量,消弭各个环节上存在的既有隔阂,形成相互促动、交融互摄的合力。
Kernel morals in the basic education reforms review the educational ontology,as updating of the values,and significant breakthrough of educational practices.The kernel moral education should also rely on principles,bases,policies and experiences.New mode of moral education should be compatible with new curricular systems.Therefore,measures are proposed to set up systematic mechanisms for the integration of forces to drive the moral education,including the governmental and folk,domestic and overseas,researches and practices.
