摘要
针对刮板输送机链轮传动系统部件加工困难、设计不便的问题,基于Creo2.0二次程序开发功能,通过设定参数、列出关系和编制程序,对链轮、链条和刮板进行参数化建模。此外,基于MSC.ADAMS虚拟样机仿真技术,对刮板输送机链传动系统进行运动仿真,为进一步对刮板输送机传动系统的运动特性和力学特性分析提供了有利的参考。
In allusion to the problem of difficulty in components processing and design of scraper conveyor sprocket transmission system,based on the secondary development function of Creo2.0, the feature-based parametric modeling technology was adopted to build virtual solid model of sprocket, chains and scrapers by setting parameters ,listing formulas and compiling procedures. In addition, the operational process of sprocket transmission system is simulated by virtual prototype soft ADAMS, which will further provides beneficial reference for the analysis of movement characteristics and mechanical properties of the whole sprocket transmission system.
