摘要
针对主斜井运输系统大运量、长运距的特点,分析比较钢丝绳牵引带式输送机、钢绳芯带式输送机、线摩擦带式输送机3种方案,确定采用主机、辅机共同驱动的线摩擦带式输送机方案,有效降低了输送带的强度,并探讨了主机与辅机之间的功率平衡问题。
According to the characteristics of large capacity, long distance of the main-shaft transportation system, analyzing three schemes of wire rope traction belt conveyor, wire rope core belt conveyor and line-friction belt conveyor. Identifies the use of line-friction belt conveyor co-droved by main and auxiliary machinery, which effectively reduces the strength of the adhesive tape and explores the balance of power between the host and the auxiliary equipment.
