摘要
根据刮板转载机凸槽在井下的实际使用情况,结合刮板链在凸槽中的运行规律,对凸槽的磨损机理进行研究。通过理论和实物计算2种方法寻求凸槽在井下使用过程中的磨损规律,最终形成凸槽设计的指导性意见,旨在提高刮板转载机凸槽的使用寿命和可靠性,并为井下输送设备类似槽体零部件的减缓磨损研究提供思路和方法。
Based on the actual usage of convex pan of beam stage loader as the underground ,combined with flight chain in the running rule of the wear mechanism of convex pan are studied. Through theoretical and real calculation of two kinds of methods for convex pan in the process of using underground wear rules, form a convex pan design guidance, aimed at improving beam stage loader service life and reliability of the convex pan, and providing ideas and methods of wear research for the similar slot parts of underground conveying device .
