矿用带式输送机新型滚筒结构设计

Reconstruction Design of New Type Roller of Mine

传统带式输送机滚筒在使用过程中,由于密封结构不合理,使用寿命短,不能满足工况使用要求。在现有滚筒密封结构的基础上,改造设计了新的密封结构,以矿用浮动油封为主,静密封与机械密封为辅的结构形式,增强了带式输送机滚筒的密封防护效果,提高了滚筒的使用年限,有效解决了用户滚筒更换频繁、生产成本高的问题,并为井下煤炭安全运输提供了可靠保障。

Depend on the old structure of the belt roller,the belt roller are unreasonable that cause of poor sealing designed performance and short service life. Analyses the failure forms of the roller of mine, and a new style with DO type floating oil seal as the seal structure. New roller enhance the sealing effect of the roller to coal water slurry, enhance the reliability and the service life of the roller, provide security for coal transportation.
