摘要
为分析煤矿掘进机电控箱的散热性能,利用Icepak软件进行仿真分析,得到电控箱内外部空气流速分布和器件的温度场分布。仿真结果表明:在三相电抗器底部增加水冷散热器可以解决箱体内部空气温度过高的问题,通过流场与温度场的结果评价可为产品热设计的优化改进提供指导。
In order to analyze the thermal performance of electronic control box for coal mining roadheader, the air velocity distribution of inside and outside the electric control box and the temperature field distribution of devices were obtained by simulation with Icepak software. Simulation results show that the problem of air temperature inside the box is too high can be solved by increase water-cooling radiator at the bottom of the three-phase reactor, the evaluation results of the flow field and temperature field can provide guidance for optimization design.
