Supply side reform is the important policy guidance to realizing the ＂soft landing＂ of the current economy. Analysis of positive impact of supply side reform on the cold chain logistics enterprise has been carried out and the transformation and upgrading thoughts for cold chain logistics enterprises under the background of supply side reforms have been put forward, including transformation from price competition to service quality competition, transformation from a single business to diversified businesses, upgrading from closed service innovation to open service innovation, transformation from the lower operating cost to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises and the transition from the high resource consumption transition to energy saving and emission reduction. The paper puts forward countermeasures of the implementation of total quality management, expanding the business scope, speeding up the opening of information technology innovation, strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises and establishing energy-saving and emission reduction enterprise alliance to facilitate better transformation and upgrading of the cold chain logistics enterprise.
