粒度对半焦和焦炭气化行为的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用STA449F3同步热分析仪,在50℃-1 500℃温度下,对4种粒度的半焦和焦炭进行CO_2气化实验.结果表明,粒度对半焦和焦炭的反应性影响不大,粒度越小,半焦和焦炭的气化反应温度越低,反应越易进行.粒度变化对半焦中挥发分析出温度和起始反应温度几乎无影响.半焦的失重主要由挥发分的析出和固定碳的气化引起,焦炭的失重则只是由固定碳的气化引起.半焦的最大气化速率随粒度减小呈现加快的趋势,焦炭则呈减慢的趋势. The gasification reaction tests of 4different particle sizes of semi-coke and coke were performed in CO_2 atmosphere using a STA449F3 simultaneous thermal analyzer at 50 ℃-1 500 ℃.The results show that particle size does not affect the reactivity of semi-coke and coke much.The gasification reaction temperature of semi-coke and coke will be lower as the particle size decreasing,and the gasification reaction goes on easier.But the particle size variation has almost no effect on the volatile releasing temperature and initial reaction temperature of semicoke.The weight loss of semi-coke is mainly caused by both the precipitation of volatiles and the gasification of fixed carbon,while the coke weight loss is only caused by the fixed carbon gasification.The maximum gasification rate of semi-coke speeds up with the decreasing of particle size,and for the coke the trend is reverse.
