开放型经济新体制与中国自贸区建设

New System of Open Economy and the Construction of China's FTA

开放型经济新体制是国家根据国际国内经济新形势布局新一轮对内、对外开放的重大举措,中国自贸区战略通过国内自由贸易试验区(FTZ)和跨国自由贸易区(FTA)建设积极落实开放型经济新体制的要求,形成全方位的开放格局,以开放促发展。本文解读了开放型经济新体制的新内涵、新目标和新思路,同时分析了中国自由贸易区建设的现状,最后提出中国自由贸易区发展战略的建议。

The new system of open economy is that country＇s major initiatives for a new round of internal and external opening up according to international and domestic new economic situation. China＇s FTA strategy including the building of domestic free trade zone（FTZ） and transnational free trade area（FTA）positively implement the requirements of the new system of open economy, forming an all-round pattern of opening up, promoting development through opening up. This paper explained the new connotation, new objectives and new ideas of the new system of open economy, and analyzed the status quo of the construction of China＇s FTA, and finally put forward the recommendations of China＇s FTA development strategies.
