我国高速铁路制造技术发展的动态演变分析——基于全球视角

Dynamic Evolution Analysis of the Development of China's High Speed Railway Manufacturing Technology Based on the Global Perspective

2016年1月17日,中国铁路总公司召开了工作会议,在《深入推进铁路创新发展为促进经济社会发展做出新贡献》这一报告中明确指出我国铁路发展要适应我国经济新常态,实现我国铁路创新发展新局面。文章选取我国铁路发展的重点环节—高铁制造技术为研究对象,分析高速铁路制造业技术发展动态,研究全球化视角下我国高铁制造业的优势、遇到的问题,最后为我国高铁制造业发展走向世界提供政策建议。

On 17 January 2016, China Railway Corporation held working meeting, and ＂to further promote the innovation and development of the railway in order to make new contributions to the economic and social development ＂ the report clearly pointed out that China＇s railway development should adapt to the new economic norm in our country and realize the innovation of our country railway. The paper selects the key aspect of China＇s railway development which is high speed railway manufacturing technology as the research object, analysis the high speed railway manufacturing technology development, study from the perspective of globalization in our country and high speed railway manufacturing advantages as well as problems encountered. Finally, paper put forward the policy suggestions of high-speed railway of our country manufacturing industry to the world.
