美国夏威夷志愿者权益保障研究及启示

The Research of Volunteers' Rights Protection in Hawaii of America and Its Enlightenment

随着我国志愿服务的快速发展,志愿者权益保障、激励机制、教育培训、服务评价等问题已成为制约我国志愿服务事业进一步发展的瓶颈。其中,志愿者权益保障问题尤为突出。本文作者在美国夏威夷大学做访问学者期间,对美国志愿者权益保障状况进行了文献分析并对夏威夷志愿者权益保障情况进行了问卷调研和访谈,借鉴美国经验,有针对性地提出了我国志愿者权益保障的对策建议。

With the rapid development of volunteer service in China, volunteers＇ rights protection、the incentive mechanism、education training and service evaluation have become the bottlenecks to the further development of volunteer service. Among them, the volunteers＇ rights protection problem is particularly prominent. In this paper, during a visiting scholar at the University of Hawaii, the author has carried on the literature analysis of the protection situation of volunteers＇ rights in America and also carried on the questionnaire surveys and interviews about the protection situation of volunteers＇ rights in Hawaii. The author hopes to draw lessons from American experience, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of our country＇s volunteers＇ rights protection.
