摘要
高峰体验作为一种美妙的情感体验,既是一种特殊的幸福快乐,又对幸福产生巨大的后续影响,是高校教师幸福提升的重要体现和巨大动力。高校教师职业价值的认同、自我和谐目标的确立、热爱工作获得的成长是高峰体验获得的重要源泉;因此,高校教师可通过调整认知幸福的角度,多元定义追求目标,从而发挥自身及精神性目标在高峰体验创设的作用,在感恩之中不断自我超越从而在收获高峰体验中获得幸福感的提升。
As a kind of wonderful feeling expeirience,peak experience is both of a special kind of happiness and a huge subsequent impact on happiness, is the important embodiment and great power for elewate happiness.university teachers' professional identity value、the establishment of the harmonious goal、deeply loves the work for the growth of the source is important to obtain peak experience.Therefore,university teachers can be adjusted by happiness cognitive point of view,multiple defined goal,thus give itself and spiritual goal play to create peak experience,with gratitude constantly surpass ourselves so as to promote the university teachers' peak experience and happier.
