论现阶段中学语文教师的职业理想问题

教师应有很高的职业理想,很强的事业心,才能培养出优秀的学生,崇高的职业理想,可将教师追求的远大目标和平凡的职业生活联系起来,从而产生一种巨大的精神力量.纵观语文教学的实际情况,并没有达到社会对语文教育的期望值,现阶段语文教师存在着职业理想淡化的倾向,这种淡化又造成语文教师职业精神,甚至职业道德的下降态势,使得语文教师的职业发展遇到了内在的阻碍.试从中学语文教师的职业态度、职业追求和职业素养三方面来论述教师的职业理想.

Chinese teacher should have a high professional ideal and strong dedication to work to cultivate excellent students of noble profession ideal and ambitious goals of teachers,which can be linked with ordinary professional life.From the actual Chinese teaching,Chinese teacher do not meet society＇s expectations of the Chinese education,Chinese teacher exist at present stage career ideal tend to fade,the desalination and cause the language teacher professionalism,and even the decline of professional ethics makes the language teacher professional development has met internal obstacles.This article tries to study middle school Chinese teacher＇s career ideal,the pursuit of teachers＇ professional attitudes,professional and professional quality.
