分层优化,因材施教——论个性化高职高专英语教学 被引量:2

摘要 高职高专教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分.目前,随着各高职院校纷纷扩招,生源文化素质差异性加大的问题尤其明显.因此,高职高专英语教学应本着"分层优化、分类指导、因材施教、整体推进"的原则重新定位,改革以往单一的教学模式,采用多目标个性化分层的教学模式,全面提高学生的综合英语应用能力.从实施个性化分层教学模式的必要性、理论依据、具体措施以及实践效果几个方面进行了探讨. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China.At present,with vocational colleges increasing their enrollment,the problem of sharp difference in students' cultural qualities is getting particularly evident.Therefore,based on the principle of hierarchical optimization,classified guidance,teaching in accordance with students' aptitude,and overall advancement of students' ability,the English teaching of higher vocational colleges should preposition and reform its old single teaching mode and adopt multi-objective individualized hierarchical teaching mode,so as to improve students' comprehensive English application ability.This paper discusses the necessity,theoretical basis,specific measures and practical effects in the implementation of individualized hierarchical teaching mode.
