"外修生态、内修人文"是十堰市生态文明建设的重大发展战略。在《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》指导下建设具有十堰特色的新型智库,对于提升十堰软实力、提高科学民主决策和社会治理能力、完善社会治理体系意义重大。通过从建设"外修生态、内修人文"智库的必要性切入,概括智库建设的内容,提出具体建议。

Develop Ecology Externally and Cultivating Humanities Internally is the important development strategies of Shiyan ecological civilization construction.Constructing Shiyan-style think tanks will improve Shiyan＇s soft power,scientific and democratic decision making and social management competence,and social management system.This paper,from the necessity of think tanks construction of Developing Ecology and Cultivating Humanities,introduced the main content and proposed some concrete suggestions to the key problems.
