跨境电商时代商务英语教学改革探索——从教学供给侧结构性改革视角

Study on the Reform of Business English Teaching in the Cross-border E-Commerce Era——From the Perspective of the Structural Reform of the Side-supply of Teaching

商务英语课程的开设符合当今社会发展需要,契合了当下经济发展趋势;商务英语课程一直深受学生青睐,跨境电商时代的商务英语教学亟需改革与创新,同时也应注重教学的时代性和实用性。在跨境电商时代,商务英语教学面临着前所未有的挑战。跨境电商面临人才核心能力不足和人才紧缺的挑战,商务英语教学中存在的前瞻性不够、供需严重脱节、师资队伍不足、教材陈旧、教学管理落后等问题,因此必须更新教学观念、提高教学供给结构、调整课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、更新教材、完善教学方式。

The course setting of Business English meets the need of the society and keeps the pace with the rapid economy development.The course is always appealing to the college students.The reforms and innovations in BET are so urgent in the era of Cross-border E-Commerce that we teachers should pay much attention to its modernity and the effectiveness.Meanwhile our teaching confronts the unprecedented challenges.The article analyses the Cross-border ECommerce challenges concerning the lacks of the key capability and the talents,it also dissects the necessities of the capabilities and talents,raises some teaching problems including the less prediction in teaching,the gap between supplies and needs,the lack of experienced teachers,the outdated teaching books and teaching style.It gives some advice on the teaching ideas renewing,teaching supply structure improvement,course-setting adjustment,the teachers training,new text books reediting,teaching method perfecting,etc.,which will be practical and meaningful for the students＇ study and job-hunting,as well as the teachers＇ BET.
