摘要
保证电厂DCS(分散控制系统)安全、可靠运行的重要条件之一就是DCS接地系统运转正常,DCS接地系统不仅可以避免人身伤害,而且可以避免设备的损坏。因此对DCS接地进行全面设计,才能保证DCS的监测控制精度和各方面的正常运行。通过工作实践和查阅有关资料了解,部分电厂调试和生产过程中发生DCS误动事故、干扰引起的热工系统异常甚至机组跳闸事件等都与系统接地有一定的关联,多数是因为接地系统的问题所引起。因此,DCS接地系统安全、稳定运行、通信畅通非常重要。本文分析了DCS系统的接地类型和要求,并针对不良接地的预防提出看法。
To ensure the power plant DCS (distributed control system), one of the important conditions for the reliable operation of the DCS grounding system in normal operation, DCS grounding system can not only avoid personal injury, but also can avoid the damage of the equipment. So the DCS ground comprehensive design, to ensure the normal operation of the monitoring and control precision of DCS aspects. Through the practice and access to relevant information about accident, malfunction of DCS part of the power plant commissioning and production process, the thermal system caused by the interference of abnormal and tripping events have certain connection with the grounding system, mostly because of the problem of grounding system Therefore, DCS grounding system is safe, stable operation, communication flow is very important. This paper analyzes the grounding type and requirements of DCS system, and puts forward opinions on the prevention of bad grounding.
