Strengthening the Construction of Safety Culture and Promoting the Implementation of the Main Responsibilities

安全文化是企业生产、生活的重要保证。文章以江苏银宝控股集团有限公司为例,从安全理念创新、安全知识普及、提升安全素质、健全安全制度、落实安全责任等方面提出了一些建议,希望推进企业文化安全建设,使社会生产更加安全,建立起切实可行的新型管理模式,从而保证企业安全生产持续良性发展,促进我国有效发展。

Safety culture is an important guarantee for enterprise production and life. Taking Jiangsu Yinbao Share Holding Group Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper from the concept of innovation, popularity of safety knowledge, enhancement of safety quality, improving the security system, puts forward some suggestions to implement the safety responsibility, hoping to promote the safety of the construction of enterprise culture, and makes social production more secure to establish a new management mode which is feasible, so as to ensure the healthy development of safe production enterprises, to promote the development of our country.
