摘要 中职化学教育要实现创新型人才的培养,就要从根本上提高学生的创新能力,培养高素质的人才队伍建设。本文研究了目前中职化学教育中学生创新能力培养现状,结合化学专业的特点,从教师教学方法、课程建设和创新意识等多方面进行调查,对目前中职化学教育中学生创新能力的培养方面的问题进行了分析,从调查分析中寻找出中职化学教育方式对学生创新能力影响的主要因素,提出了中职化学教育中学生创新能力培养的几点建议。 In the secondary vocational school chemistry education to realize the cultivation of innovative talents, it is essential to improve the students' innovation ability, and cultivate high-quality talents team construction. This paper studied currently students innovation ability in middle school chemistry education training situation, combining the characteristics of chemistry, has been investigated from the aspects of teachers, teaching methods, course construction and innovation consciousness, has carried on the analysis to the current problems of the cultivation of students' innovative ability in chemistry education in secondary vocational schools, find out the main factors of influence of middle school chemistry education of students' innovation ability from the investigation and analysis of the proposed some suggestions on the cultivation of innovation ability in middle school chemistry education in secondary vocational schools.
