在大批量保障性住房快速建设中,采用标准化设计可以节约大量社会资源,提高建造品质。以地域的居住实态为基础,在借鉴和反思国内外先进成果的基础上,通过精细化、模块化与标准化设计,形成具有福州地域居住特色的保障性住房标准化设计,为住宅的部品化、工业化提供基础性技术条件。

To reduce social resources and improve construction quality,standardized design is highly recommended during the rapid and massive construction of affordable housing. on the basis of critical reflection of the domestic and foreign advanced achievements,we have achieved the works of affordable housing standardization design with Fuzhou living characteristics by the precise,modularization and standardization design,which will be the basic theoretical reference to the standardized design and industrialized construction.
