摘要
结合某高层剪力墙结构住宅具体工程,通过PKPM软件试算,综合结构安全及用料经济等要求,优化剪力墙布置方案。针对该工程中出现的剪力墙连梁超筋问题,提出了采用双连梁或高连梁等解决方案。同时,进行了地下室顶板与底板的计算,在满足裂缝控制的要求下进行配筋,并进行桩基及承台布置。结果表明,剪力墙尽量上下对齐布置,能够发挥墙体刚度,提高抗剪承载力。
Combining an high-rise shear wall residential buildings project and the requirement of structural safety and saving material,the arranging measurement of shear wall had been optimized by using PKPM software for calculation. In allusion to the issue of over reinforcement in shear wall tie beam,the plan of using double tie beam or high tie beam construction measurement was proposed. At the same time,the calculation of the roof and floor of the basement was carried out,and the steel bar was carried out in order to meet the requirements of crack control,And carried on the pile foundation and the pile cap arrangement. The results showed that Shear wall up and down as far as possible alignment,will develop the wall rigidity,Increase shear capacity.
