咀嚼口香糖对腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术后胃肠动力恢复的疗效分析被引量：7

摘要分析腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术(LSG)后咀嚼口香糖对胃肠动力恢复情况的影响。选择上海长征医院普外科2012年3月—2014年10月行LSG的22例患者,随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组于术后4h开始咀嚼口香糖,对照组则施行常规护理。对比两组患者术后第1次肠鸣音时间、排气时间、排便时间,肠道并发症发生率,术后血浆胃动素、血管活性肠肽的水平。与对照组相比,实验组术后第1次肠鸣音时间、排气时间、排便时间均明显缩短(P<0.05);术后腹胀的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);术后恶心、呕吐、肠梗阻发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组血清胃动素较对照组高(P<0.05),血管活性肠肽水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。LSG术后咀嚼口香糖有助于术后肠道功能的恢复,可能与胃动素的升高和血管活性肠肽水平的降低有关。
