海南省不同地域环境脑卒中患者康复疗效的比较

Comparison on the rehabilitation effects of the stroke patients under different regional environments of Hainan province

目的探讨海南省不同地域脑卒中患者康复疗效的差异。方法按照气象划分法,收集海口市、三亚市秋冬季(2013年9月—2014年3月)脑卒中患者发病和康复情况。发病46例,海口组23例、三亚组23例,均进行1个月的康复治疗,分别于康复治疗前、后进行日常生活能力评定(改良Barthel指数)和运动功能评定(FuglMeyer量表)。通过对两组间运动功能恢复和日常生活能力的改善情况进行比较,评价两地脑卒中康复疗效的差异。结果 (1)海口组和三亚组两组组内治疗前、后评分对比均有显著差异(P<0.01)。(2)组间治疗后评分的比较,上肢积分差值及Fugl-Meyer总分差值具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论海南省三亚和海口两地脑卒中的康复治疗是有效的,同时海口市康复疗效好于三亚市,说明脑卒中的康复疗效受到地域不同的影响。

Objective To discuss the differences of rehabilitation effects of the stroke patients from different regions of Hainan province. Methods According to meteorological division method,the 46 stroke patients who attacked in autumn and winter season of Haikou city and Sanya city from September 2013 to March 2014 , and consisted of 23 stroke patients from Haikou and 23 from Sanya were collected in this research. The patients in both groups underwent rehabilitation treatment for a month,modified Barthel index assessment and Fugl-Meyer scale （FM） in pre-hospital and after a month of rehabilitation respectively,then the differences of rehabilitation effects was evaluated between the two groups in the recovery of motor function and the improvement of activities of daily living. Results 1）There was an obvious improvement in the score of Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scale in two groups comparing with the patient＇s condition before treatment （P〈0.01）. 2）Every index subtrahend before and after treatment were compared,there was an obvious difference between the upper and Fugl-Meyer points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy of stroke is effective between Sanya city and Haikou city, meanwhile,in Haikou city treatmet effect is better than in Sanya city,indicating the rehabilitation efficacy of stroke is affected by regional environment differently.
