植物土三七致肝小静脉闭塞病1例的中西医结合治疗

Integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hepatic veno-occlusive disease induced by Gynura Rhizome:A case report and literature review

肝小静脉闭塞病(hepatic veno-occlusive disease,HVOD)是一种罕见病,国内文献报道,其常见致病因素为植物土三七。由于发病机制复杂、缺乏特效治疗药物,HVOD的误诊、漏诊率高,预后差。笔者对中西医结合治疗土三七所致肝小静脉闭塞病的病例进行了报道,并通过回顾性分析和文献复习,总结治疗经验,为临床诊治HVOD提供参考。

Hepatic veno-occlusive disease （HVOD） is a rare disease. Gynura Rhizome is the common pathogenesis factor according to Chinese literature. The mechanism of veno-occlusive disease is very complex and not still clear in current. No special effective drugs have not been used for treatment of it;its misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate arc high as well with poor prognosis. This article reports a case about HVOD caused by Gynura Rhizome who was treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, so as to provide a reference for HVOD treatment,by reviewing clinical date,summarizing experience and reviewing related literature.
