选奇滴丸对大鼠低压缺氧血气指标及脑组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在低压缺氧时选奇滴丸对大鼠血气指标及脑组织的影响。方法将56只Wistar大鼠随机分成四组,即:正常组、模型组、红景天胶囊组、选奇滴丸组。将后三组大鼠同时放入高低压动物实验舱内,采用抽真空模拟海拔4000 m高地(462 mm Hg,1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),实施停留1 h方案和2 h方案。两种模拟实验结束,分别迅速取大鼠心脏血进行血气分析;同时取出大鼠脑组织,制备病理切片,显微镜下观察脑组织病理变化。结果在两种模拟实验方案中,选奇滴丸组的血氧饱和度、氧分压比模型组明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),二氧化碳分压明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);病理形态学显示选奇滴丸给药组的大鼠脑神经元、脑细胞比模型组损伤显著减少。结论在低压缺氧状态下,选奇滴丸能够提高大鼠耐缺氧能力,并对大鼠脑组织有显著的保护作用。 Objective To explore the effects of Xuanqi drop pills in the hypobafic hypoxia rats on blood gas analysis indexes and brain tissue. Methods The 56 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,the model group,the rhodiola capsule group,the Xuanqi drop pills group,the later three groups were placed into high and low pressure in animal experiment chamber at the same time,the vacuum simulation 4000 metres highland (462 mmHg),perfolaned the stayed-1 h regime or the stayed-2 h regime. At the time-end of the two simulation experiment regimes,rat cardiac blood quickly taken for blood gas analysis;At the same time,the rat's brain tissue taken out for the preparation of pathological section for microscopy of pathological changes. Results In both the simulation scenarios,the oxygen saturation and the partial pressure of oxygen of Xuanqi drop pills group have increased significantly (P〈0.01,P〈0.05),the CO2 partial pressure significantly lowered (P〈0.01,P〈0.05) ; Pathological exam. displayed that the brain neurons and the brain cells of rats in Xuanqi drop pill group had less subjected injuries than in other group. Conclusion Under the condition of low pressure of oxygen,the Xuanqi drop pills can improve the tolerance ability to hypoxia in rats,and has a significant protective effect on its brain tissue.
