活络骨康丸联合辛伐他汀治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head with Huoluo Gukang Wan(活络骨康丸)Combined with Simvastatin

目的:观察活络骨康丸联合辛伐他汀治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:将80例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予活络骨康丸治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。治疗后,观察2组疗效评定的百分法评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组疗效百分法总评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组优9例,良23例,中8例,差0例,总有效率为100%;对照组优3例,良18例,中17例,差2例,总有效率为95.00%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活络骨康丸联合辛伐他汀治疗早中期非创伤性股骨头坏死效果较好,可明显改善病情,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoluo Gukang Wan（活络骨康丸）combined with simvastatin in the treatment of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods：Eighty cases of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simvastatin,while the treatment group was given Huoluo Gukang Wan based on the treatment for the control group.The course of treatment for the two groups was three months.After treatment,the curative effect and percentage scores of the two groups were observed.Results：After treatment,the total scores of the two groups were improved after treatment than before treatment（P〈 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈 0.05）.In the treatment group,9 cases were excellent,23 cases were good,8 cases were not so good,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,3 cases were excellent,18 cases were good,17 cases were not so good,2 cases were bad,and the total effective rate was 95.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Huoluo Gukang Wan combined with simvastatin has a better curative effect in the treatment of early stage non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head,which can significantly improve the pathogenetic condition with less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
