With the depletion of oil resource, oil shale distillation is gradually well known among the general public instead of petroleum refining. The construction of oil shale distillation is a complex project, and there are many problems to be considered before construction, which include stive, water（fresh water and sewage）, waste gas, offscum and personnel training. The above problems are explored and the corresponding solutions were put forward so that the oil shale distillation project will be constructed and put into production successfully.
